4. Promotional Guidelines

As an affiliate, you agree to the following:

5. Research Use Disclaimer

All Sapient products are intended for research purposes only and are not for human consumption. Affiliates must clearly communicate this in all promotional content. Any affiliate found promoting products for unapproved uses will be immediately removed from the program.

6. Termination

Sapient reserves the right to terminate any affiliate partnership at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of this affiliate policy
• Fraudulent or unethical promotional activity
• Inactivity for an extended period
• Any conduct that harms the Sapient brand

Upon termination, all pending commissions below the minimum payout threshold may be forfeited.

7. Modifications

Sapient reserves the right to modify this affiliate policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
